Suspected for a long time, but now proven beyond a shadow of doubt, the USAID was a progressive money grift with an unsavory CIA subplot. Trump seems to understand that turning off the money spigot is the most effective way to kill the deep state.
Having Musk dump the dirty laundry onto the Interent prevents progressive virtue signaling, deflates their blovating objections, and makes satire like the Farce Feed possible. A win-win-win scenario.

As a somewhat chronic Latvian, I can explain: the intricacies of said theory do not exist in languages other than English, they simply cannot be translated. There are of course attempts but they aren't very successful. So if you want to discuss misogynoir, you must speak English.
Using an intricate theory as an instrument of cultural domination is not without precedent though. There was a time in history when, if you wanted to discuss homoousion, you had to speak Greek.
