The guy who painted it says "Uhh..." about a thousand times, and doesn't really know how to explain what he painted. "I 'uhh...' and the red in the painting symbolizes 'uhh...' and 'uhh...' And the it draws you toward the face 'uhh...'"
It sounds like he's trying to recite what someone else told him to. Instead of talking about what he actually painted.
