Biden Welcomes Hitler to White House, Commits to Peaceful Transfer of Power
The pair exchanged warm pleasantries and planned a smooth transition in the Oval Office on Wednesday.
Washington, D.C. – In an astonishing reversal, President Joe Biden warmly welcomed president-elect Adolf Hitler to the White House on Wednesday after Hitler’s historic victory over Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2024 election. The Democrats, who had previously run a relentless campaign condemning Hitler as a "dangerous tyrant" and "existential threat to democracy," are now embracing the new leader with open arms, as if he were an old friend they’d just found on Facebook.
As the President led Hitler on a friendly tour of the Oval Office, both men exchanged laughter and even posed for a few lighthearted selfies. Biden made headlines by offering the president-elect a vanilla ice cream cone, a "Dark Brandon" cap and a "Ridin' with Biden" bumper sticker for his 1940 classic BMW Wendler Cabriolet.
Just weeks before the election, however, the Democrats were singing a completely different tune. In speeches across the country, Biden warned that a Hitler presidency could lead to "immediate fascism," "the downfall of civilization," and "incomprehensible horrors." Kamala Harris went so far as to predict "a dark era" under a Hitler administration, accusing him of plans to carry out a modern day ethnic cleansing and exterminate millions.
But, after Hitler clinched a decisive landslide victory, the Democrats quickly pivoted, now describing him as “a man of strength and intelligence with impeccable style and fashion,” with Biden remarking that he “sees a bit of his grandkids in him.” In interviews they highlighted his sense of humor and passion for painting, attempting to humanize the president-elect and endear the man they had called "Nazi scum" just days prior.
Reporters pressed Biden about his earlier remarks, questioning how he could reconcile his past statements with his current attitude. "Look, folks, here's the deal," he responded, “I never said he was a tyrant, I said he was vibrant! But the press misquoted me. And as for the 'raging despot' remark, I meant he was a blazing upstart. Yeah, let's go with that. C'mon man, it's ancient history! And although his stated mission is to kill six million Jews by the end of his first term, we've got to come together now and bury the hatchet for the good of the country."
Meanwhile, White House staff were quick to laud Hitler’s “incredible charisma, exuberant speeches, and visionary ideas." When reminded of the divisive campaign rhetoric, a top aid chuckled and brushed it off. “Oh, you know how it is – that’s politics! It's a dirty game. You say one thing to win, then the next minute you're kissing warlord ass. It's all in a day's work."
Throughout the day, the president and president-elect participated in a series of friendly photo ops, even visiting the White House garden where they plucked a few carrots and Biden joked, “See? Nothing sinister about this guy. Just another green thumb, like me!” One particularly heartwarming scene showed Biden teaching Hitler how to fly a kite on the White House lawn, before concluding with a game of golf.
Mainstream media pundits are already spinning the Democrats' about-face as a "masterful move in bipartisanship." CNN anchor Take Crapper lauded the administration’s flexibility, saying, “This is the kind of grace and unity Americans need – the ability to look past minor differences like impending genocide, and find common ground. Just another example of the president's strong character and outstanding resolve. God damn, I'm gonna miss him," he said, holding back tears.
As the dust settles on another election cycle, one lesson stands out: campaign rhetoric should always be taken with a hefty grain of salt. When candidates paint their opponents as evil incarnate, they’re often wielding fear as a blunt weapon to drive votes, not offering an honest assessment of the future. Behind every dire warning and “grave threat to democracy” lie paid actors perfectly happy to smile and shake hands with their purported devil once the votes are counted, no matter how extreme the prior accusations. In the end, the rhetoric isn’t about truth—it’s about manipulation, a tool used to play on citizens’ deepest fears, evident by the not-so-surprising subsequent love fest. What are your thoughts on Biden welcoming someone into the White House he previously described as a dangerous threat to democracy, with smiles and open arms? Total and utter hypocrisy or a magnanimous gesture? Let us know in the comments below!

LOL. Hilarious as usual! Thanks!
😂 So funny even though most of it seemed too true to be satire...
